Kurz gesagt

Diese Seite lässt sich ohne Konto benutzen. Ohne Anmeldung bleiben deine Swipes nur in deinem Browser. Mit Konto speichern wir das, was nötig ist, damit die Seite funktioniert: E-Mail, Handle, deine behaltenen Karten, deine Freundschaften und deine Kommentare.

Hosting und Server-Logfiles

Die Website wird bei [Hoster, z. B. GitHub Pages, GitHub B.V., Vijzelstraat 68-72, 1017 HL Amsterdam, Niederlande] gehostet. Beim Aufruf werden automatisch Zugriffsdaten verarbeitet: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Datei, übertragene Datenmenge, Referrer, Browsertyp und Betriebssystem. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO — unser berechtigtes Interesse an einem stabilen und sicheren Betrieb.

Konto und Anmeldung

Für ein Konto brauchen wir eine E-Mail-Adresse und ein Passwort. Das Passwort wird ausschließlich als kryptografischer Hash gespeichert. Konto- und Inhaltsdaten liegen bei unserem Dienstleister [Supabase, Region: EU] als Auftragsverarbeiter nach Art. 28 DSGVO. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO — die Nutzung des Kontos, die du angefragt hast.

Welche Daten dabei entstehen

• Profil: E-Mail, Handle, Anzeigename, Zeitpunkt der Anlage
• Karten: welche Veranstaltungen du behalten oder weggelegt hast
• Freundschaften: angefragte und bestätigte Verbindungen
• beforehours: deine Kommentare zu Veranstaltungen samt Zeitpunkt

Was du behalten hast, sehen nur bestätigte Freundinnen und Freunde. Was du weggelegt hast, sieht niemand außer dir. Kommentare in beforehours sind unter deinem Handle öffentlich sichtbar — schreib dort nichts, was nicht öffentlich sein soll.

Sicherheit und Fehler

Wann du die Nutzungsbedingungen akzeptiert und bestätigt hast, dass du mindestens 18 bist, speichern wir zu deinem Konto. Meldest du einen Inhalt, speichern wir die Meldung (was, von wem, optional der Grund), bis das Team sie geprüft hat; blockierst du jemanden, speichern wir die Blockierung, bis du sie aufhebst. Stürzt die App ab, speichern wir die Fehlermeldung, Plattform, App-Version und dein Konto (falls angemeldet) für 30 Tage, um den Fehler zu beheben (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Löschst du dein Konto, werden all das und deine Fotos mit gelöscht.

Speicherung im Browser

Wir setzen keine Werbe- oder Analyse-Cookies. Wir legen im lokalen Speicher deines Browsers ab: dein Anmeldetoken und — falls du nicht angemeldet bist — deine bisherigen Swipes, damit die Seite beim Neuladen nicht von vorn beginnt. Diese Einträge sind für den Betrieb erforderlich (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG) und bleiben auf deinem Gerät, bis du sie löschst oder dich abmeldest.

Schriftarten

Alle Schriftarten werden lokal von unserem eigenen Server ausgeliefert. Beim Laden der Seite wird keine Verbindung zu Google Fonts oder anderen Schriftanbietern aufgebaut; deine IP-Adresse verlässt die Seite dafür nicht.

Empfänger

Wir geben Daten nur an Dienstleister weiter, die für den Betrieb nötig sind: [Hoster] und [Supabase]. Wenn du in der App Benachrichtigungen erlaubst, gehen die Push-Adresse deines Telefons und der Text der Nachricht an Expo (USA) und von dort an Google Firebase (Android) oder Apple (iPhone). Eine Weitergabe zu Werbezwecken findet nicht statt.

Speicherdauer

Kontodaten speichern wir, solange dein Konto besteht. Nach dessen Löschung entfernen wir sie, soweit keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen. Server-Logfiles werden nach [Anzahl] Tagen gelöscht.

Dort löschst du dein Konto auch selbst (Art. 17 DSGVO). Für alles Übrige genügt eine formlose E-Mail an [name@beispiel.de].

Beschwerderecht

Du kannst dich bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, etwa beim Bayerischen Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.

Änderungen

Wenn sich die Seite ändert, ändert sich auch diese Erklärung. Es gilt jeweils die hier veröffentlichte Fassung.

In short

This site can be used without an account. Without signing in, your swipes stay in your browser only. With an account we store what is needed for the site to work: email, handle, the cards you kept, your friendships and your comments.

Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by [host, e.g. GitHub Pages, GitHub B.V., Vijzelstraat 68-72, 1017 HL Amsterdam, Netherlands]. When a page is requested, access data is processed automatically: IP address, date and time, requested file, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in stable and secure operation.

Account and sign-in

For an account we need an email address and a password. The password is stored exclusively as a cryptographic hash. Account and content data are held by our service provider [Supabase, region: EU] as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — the use of the account that you requested.

What data this creates

• Profile: email, handle, display name, time of creation
• Cards: which events you kept or let go
• Friendships: requested and confirmed connections
• beforehours: your comments on events, with their time

What you kept is seen only by confirmed friends. What you let go is seen by no one but you. Comments in beforehours are publicly visible under your handle — do not write anything there that is not meant to be public.

Safety and errors

We store with your account when you accepted the terms and confirmed you are 18 or older. If you report something, we store the report (what, by whom, optionally the reason) until the team has looked at it; if you block someone, we store the block until you lift it. If the app crashes, we store the error message, platform, app version and your account (if signed in) for 30 days to fix it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you delete your account, all of this and your photos are deleted with it.

Storage in the browser

We set no advertising or analytics cookies. We place in your browser's local storage: your sign-in token and — if you are not signed in — your swipes so far, so that the site does not start over when it reloads. These entries are necessary for operation (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG) and stay on your device until you delete them or sign out.

Fonts

All fonts are served locally from our own server. When the page loads, no connection is made to Google Fonts or other font providers; your IP address does not leave the site for this.

Recipients

We pass data only to service providers that are necessary for operation: [host] and [Supabase]. If you allow notifications in the app, your phone's push address and the text of the message go to Expo (USA) and from there to Google Firebase (Android) or Apple (iPhone). Data is not passed on for advertising purposes.

Storage period

We store account data for as long as your account exists. After it is deleted we remove the data, unless statutory retention obligations stand in the way. Server log files are deleted after [number] days.

Access and data portability (Art. 15 and Art. 20 GDPR) are rights you can exercise yourself: under account settings you download with one click everything this site has stored about you — as a JSON file. There you also delete your account yourself (Art. 17 GDPR). For everything else an informal email to [name@example.com] is enough.

Right to lodge a complaint

You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.

Changes

When the site changes, this policy changes too. The version published here is the one that applies.

Sakladıklarını yalnızca onaylanmış arkadaşların görür. Bıraktıklarını senden başka kimse görmez. beforehours'taki yorumlar kullanıcı adınla herkese açık olarak görünür — herkese açık olmasını istemediğin hiçbir şeyi oraya yazma.

Güvenlik ve hatalar

Şartları ne zaman kabul ettiğini ve 18 yaşında ya da büyük olduğunu onayladığını hesabınla birlikte saklarız. Bir içeriği şikayet edersen şikayeti (ne, kimden, isteğe bağlı sebep) ekip inceleyene kadar saklarız; birini engellersen engeli sen kaldırana kadar saklarız. Uygulama çökerse hata mesajını, platformu, uygulama sürümünü ve (giriş yaptıysan) hesabını hatayı gidermek için 30 gün saklarız (GVKT md. 6/1 f). Hesabını silersen bunların hepsi fotoğraflarınla birlikte silinir.

Tarayıcıda saklama

Reklam veya analiz çerezi kullanmıyoruz. Tarayıcının yerel depolamasına şunları kaydederiz: giriş anahtarın (token) ve — giriş yapmadıysan — o ana kadarki kaydırmaların; böylece site yeniden yüklendiğinde baştan başlamaz. Bu kayıtlar işletim için gereklidir (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG) ve sen onları silene ya da çıkış yapana kadar cihazında kalır.

Yazı tipleri

Bütün yazı tipleri yerel olarak kendi sunucumuzdan sunulur. Sayfa yüklenirken Google Fonts'a veya başka yazı tipi sağlayıcılarına bağlantı kurulmaz; IP adresin bunun için siteden dışarı çıkmaz.

Alıcılar

Verileri yalnızca işletim için gerekli olan hizmet sağlayıcılara aktarırız: [barındırma sağlayıcısı] ve [Supabase]. Uygulamada bildirimlere izin verirsen telefonunun bildirim adresi ve mesajın metni Expo'ya (ABD), oradan da Google Firebase'e (Android) ya da Apple'a (iPhone) gider. Saklama süresi
